The role
We're hiring our first dedicated Customer Success Manager. This is a pivotal role. You'll own the relationship between zentra and our growing base of estate agency clients β from the moment they sign, through onboarding, and all the way to renewal and expansion. You'll be the reason agencies don't just stay with zentra, but become genuine advocates for the platform.
You'll work closely with our sales team and technical team. You'll surface what clients need before they know they need it. And you'll be the single most important person in determining whether an agency goes from "trial customer" to "long-term partner."
What you'll actually do
Own the full post-sale client journey β from contract signature through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell. You'll carry a book of accounts and be personally accountable for their success.
Lead onboarding for new agency clients. Get them set up, trained, and genuinely using the platform within the first 30 days. Identify early signs of low engagement and act on them immediately.
Build deep relationships with key contacts at each agency β the MD, the sales director, the office manager. Know their business, understand their goals, and make sure zentra is delivering against them.
Monitor account health proactively. Use our CRM data β activity levels, app engagement β to spot at-risk accounts before they become churn. Intervene early and often.
Drive renewals and expansions. Own the renewal conversation. Identify agencies that are growing and position them for an upgrade from Success to Growth or Master tier. You'll have commercial accountability for net revenue retention.
Collect and synthesise client feedback. You'll be the voice of the customer internally. What's working, what isn't, what feature is every agency asking for. Feed this directly into the product roadmap.
Create and maintain client resources β onboarding guides, how-to videos, FAQ documents, best practice templates β that help agencies get the most out of the platform without always needing to pick up the phone.
Track and report on your accounts weekly. Renewal dates, health scores, next check-in dates, upsell opportunities β all logged and up to date in the CRM.
Who you are
You have three or more years in a customer success, account management, or client services role β ideally in SaaS, proptech, or a technology company selling to SME businesses.
You're genuinely commercial. You understand that customer success isn't just about keeping people happy β it's about driving retention and growth. You're comfortable having direct conversations about renewals, upgrades, and value.
You communicate exceptionally well β in English and ideally in Spanish too. You can explain a technical feature to a non-technical estate agent in a way that makes them excited to use it, not confused by it.
You're organised and proactive, not reactive. You don't wait for clients to raise problems. You're already three steps ahead, reviewing your accounts every morning and knowing exactly who needs a call today.
You're data-driven. You're comfortable in a CRM, you understand what the numbers mean, and you use them to make decisions rather than just to report upwards.
You're empathetic but resilient. You genuinely care about your clients' success. You also know how to hold a difficult conversation and manage expectations clearly when needed.
Ideally you have some familiarity with real estate β whether that's working with agencies, property portals, or proptech β but this is not a requirement if your SaaS customer success experience is strong.
